Eggs
I never really liked eggs but someone the other day that they just miss eggs! So I thought about writing a post about it.
Instead of using eggs, use tofu instead for scrambles. It’s WAY better for you, and tastes just as great. I like it better, if you ask for my opinion.
When it comes to baking, there are so many different ways to replace eggs. You have beans, tofu, applesauce, vinegar...

Hungry anyone?
This post came from my sister, who is vegan/vegetarian throughout the week. She constantly is complaining how hungry she is. I guess everyone who just starts out feels the same way.
When I was first starting out vegetarian, I called it the ‘scary 2nd month’. I don’t know what it is but it seems like 2nd month of being vegetarian or vegan, who are hungry ALL THE TIME! It’s...

Eating Out
I’ve briefly talked about this topic, but I think it’s time to really talk about it. It’s time to talk about eating out in a Omnivore restaurant, or eating with omnivores. Yes, it sometimes hard, but it can be interesting.
First, when I go to a omnivore restaurant, I can usually pick out all the vegetarian options. Then when I find a pasta dish or a salad. I ask ‘how...

Male Vegan/Dating
Someone told me the other day that its hard to find a male partner that is vegan. I COMPLETELY agree with you. I’ve never met one male vegan in my entire life. It tends to be something girls do, especially in high school and early 20’s. I don’t know why, just is.
I’ve dated guy who ate meat while I’m vegan, and its not that bad. Yes dates sometimes get awkward but...

Bullying
So recently two people that read my blog, told me that they’ve been bullied for their eating habits. I am on the same boat with you. I have had to fight my own battles because I’m the only vegan at my school that I know.
One person said that people tried to put meat in her food, now that is unacceptable. No one deserves to be treated that way. I have never had that happened to me and...

Only vegan friend
So the first vegan/vegetarian struggle I read was that this person is the only friend that is vegan. I’m almost in that boat, I have one friend that doesn’t go to our school. I think I’m the only vegan in my entire school though.
It’s hard being the only friend that is vegan/vegetarian, but you have to think long term. You are doing something great for this earth and your...

Thank you!
Thank you for everyone that answered my question today, because of you I have 7 new blog posts, thats one week!! I will post about every single one of your answers, and you can keep on answering because I will keep on blogging.

Convincing?
Someone asked me what is the best way to convince stubborn people that a vegan diet is healthy. I guess I’m going to just start by telling people what I say.
First I tell people that since I’m still alive, obviously its healthy. I haven’t lost a significant amount of weight (didn’t have any in the first place) so obviously I don’t have an eating disorder either - a...

Snobby?
After thinking about it all day, and asking other vegans about the struggles they face, I finally know what struggle I’m going to talk about to today.
People tend to think that I’m sort of a snob about me becoming vegan because I have to look at the labels and ask questions. Other people have this idea that we think we are better than them because we don’t eat meat or cheese....

Question.
What should tomorrow’s post be about?
My mind is at a blank and need your help!! It can be vegan, teenage, or anything!!

Chocolate and Candy!
As I was running yesterday, all I thought about was chocolate… I love that stuff. Then I thought about how little vegans can have chocolate. Yes, I have chocolate soy ice cream and chocolate almond milk, but that’s about it. I want like vegan M&M’s or something like such. Then I started thinking.
What if huge corporations, such as Hershey’s are Nestle, created a vegan...

The Movie Theater
For those who follow me on Twitter, I watched Ted last night at a movie theater. While I was there I was looking at what all my friends were eating, popcorn, chocolate candies and such. For me, red vines and skittles.
As teenage vegans, we deserve a life as well. I wish society as a whole would be more accepting about our moral decisions. I think their should be vegan popcorn and vegan candies...

Against Religion?
So the other day, I was talking about my veganism and such. WELL, someone asked me if I believed in God. Obviously I said yes. They’re response was, “God put meat on this earth for humans to eat.”
Here’s my response to that:
First, greed is a deadly sin. How greedy certain people get about meat, gets kind of sickening. People kind of over do it on the whole meat thing....

I'm BACK!!!
I am sorry for not being on here for seven months, a lot things have happened but I won’t neglect you again - I promise!
A lot of things have changed for me. First, I have been vegan for seven months now!!! I love it, I feel like I have more energy then ever. I also feel like I am changing the world, every single day. That is what makes me proud of myself.
To all those vegetarians who are...

Cheeseless Week: Day Four
I am so stuffed! I had so much cheeseless food today and it was all amazing and homemade. But the whole entire day I was craving for cheese goldfish, probably the first thing I’m going to eat when I’m over this. This thing is amazing, but sometimes just a little difficult. The only good thing food wise, my sister and I made a whole bunch of food.
We made pasta with cream of mushroom,...

Cheeseless Week: Day Three
Today was probably the easiest because I was always on my feet. I had to run a meet so I was always on my feet and didn’t have to think about cheese and eating. I had salad and almonds and everything. So I was well energized which was amazing because it is what I needed. All these veggies make me feel good, I’m just hungry all the time! I eat everything I can in sight! I’m...

Cheeseless Week: Day Two.
Today was a little easier, just for the fact that it was day two. But it wasn’t because my friends make fun of me because I am the only vegetarian. They were why on Earth someone would take cheese out of there diet. Then they put one of my biggest guilty pleasures in front of me: Cheedar Goldfish. Luckily, I didn’t think about caving in. It didn’t phase me at first how bad I...

Cheeseless Week: Day One
So today was pretty easy, except when it came to dinner. I woke up this morning and had last night’s leftovers, which were veggie spring rolls. Then for lunch I had some waffles. But at dinner, my mom wanted to have cheese filled pasta. She wanted me to make it, says I make the best, but I told her I can’t have it. She got frustrated and made it herself.
I had carrots, corn, and...

My Last Day.
Today is my last day for me to have cheese. I’m excited and really nervous all at the same time… I don’t know how it is going to be. I’m going to the mall today and my favorite thing there is pretzels so I’m good there. I just hope my friends don’t want to go out to eat tomorrow.
I will post everyday on my progress. Right now, all I want is scoops of cream...

The Week Challenge
So a person commented on my last post saying that I should take out my cheese intake for one week and blog about how it feels and everything. Bring it on!
Starting this Sunday, I will not have cheese intake for 7 days. Cheese is probably my favorite thing in the world so I know this is going to be difficult. I will blog everyday about if it was a struggle and what went down. At the end of the...

Milk & Eggs
So I figured out what I’m going to write after having breakfast this morning. Old cheese pizza, while my brother was having a bowl of cereal.
I personally, don’t eat eggs or drink milk unless it is mixed with something else. I never did though. I never did strictly on the fact that they taste gross. They both lack flavor and not appealing. I also don’t like eggs because I...

Athletes
Most people believe that they can’t be a vegetarian and an athlete at the same. But I prove all of them wrong. I am a swimmer, very high in cardio, which is a lot of fun. I have been swimming for two years now, competitively, but have been my whole life. I have never passed out, or even felt like I was going to. I’m not weak, I’m actually very strong. I go to the gym a lot as...

Fur.
Sorry veggies, I had a pretty bad cold this weekend and I couldn’t move but this person followed me today and it sparked me to write a post about fur.
So it’s Christmas time and everyone is picking out gifts for each other and it seems like a very popular one is fur. Which, I’ve always found disgusting even at the age of like 5. I can’t get past the fact of someone...

My mom said that she will let me try Veganism for a week, so that I can prove to her that it IS possible. For some reason, I feel hypocritical being vegetarian, but not being vegan. If I am so against animal abuse, I shouldn’t tolerate any form of it. My mom says that I won’t be able to be healthy…

Support Groups!
A man reblogged my post about veganism today and said that you have people here willing to support you. Being vegetarian, I have my family and most of my friends and that’s all I need. Not so if I was vegan.
The support I have is amazing, they always make sure I have something to eat, finds out at banquets and parties what I can have and what I can’t. My biggest supporter is my...

So I’m going to be on for 5 hours or so, and while I’m gone I would love it if you guys asked me a boat-load of questions and comments, so many that I have to write a post on them all (: That would make my week! I know I’m asking for a lot, but I just want something to write out because right now I’m running out of ideas.
Oh I would also really enjoy if you followed me...

Cult?
So last night, a kid told me that I was part of a cult. I asked him what he meant because I wasn’t. He told me that vegetarianism is cult because they tell you what to eat and everything. I thought to myself? Who’s they? I choose to do this for myself and something greater than myself.
I wish people could respect each other a little more, and try to understand the vegetarian...

School, A-holes, and their awfulness.
At school today, we discussed what we had for Thanksgiving. I was so excited because I had amazing Tofurkey and I wanted to express that love. So finally when it came to my turn I told the class what I had. Everyone looked at me with either disgust or sadness and lots of people said that they were sorry for me.
I just want to let you all know that you don’t have to be “sorry”...

Veganism
A follower asked me if I ever would become vegan, and the answer is of course! I would be vegan in a heartbeat, if my parents would let. For the readers who don’t know whats the difference between vegan and vegetarian, vegans don’t eat meat and animal bi-products such as, milk, eggs, cheese and so forth.
My parents won’t allow me to be vegan because they believe it would be...

The Reason
I got a question and it fueled me fire, so in result I’m going to do one more final post for tonight. She asked; how long I’ve been vegetarian and I came to realized I never gave you veggies my history.
It will be 3 years on August 10 that I have had no meat in my life. I am the only vegetarian in my family which is sometimes difficult, so instead on taking the frustration out on...
