Cheeseless Week: Day One

So today was pretty easy, except when it came to dinner. I woke up this morning and had last night’s leftovers, which were veggie spring rolls. Then for lunch I had some waffles. But at dinner, my mom wanted to have cheese filled pasta. She wanted me to make it, says I make the best, but I told her I can’t have it. She got frustrated and made it herself. 

I had carrots, corn, and cashews for dinner. I never been so full in my entire life! Corn and cashews are like the most tastiest combo I have had in awhile. I also believe this is easier than expected. I can totally do this. This challenge is very innovative and I’m glad someone made me do this. Let’s see if tomorrow is just as easy.

I also have more energy in one day, it feels like cheese weighed me down or something, but not with veggies. I could totally do veganism one day. I see it in my future.
