Today was probably the easiest because I was always on my feet. I had to run a meet so I was always on my feet and didn’t have to think about cheese and eating. I had salad and almonds and everything. So I was well energized which was amazing because it is what I needed. All these veggies make me feel good, I’m just hungry all the time! I eat everything I can in sight! I’m constantly munching on pretzels or something! I didn’t think taking one thing out of my system would do this to me!
Another thing is my Mom. She is constantly forgetting about this challenge. She keeps thinks I can have what she made and I constantly have to remind her! Then she laughs at me. So that’s the only struggle is to remind my mother that I can’t have it, but it gives me willpower. So I guess that’s a positive? I don’t know. I just know, this is probably the smartest thing I’ve ever done, and I would never find it easy.
